Right of withdrawal from the contract

A customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period to withdraw from the contract expires after 14 days from the day on which the customer came into possession of the item or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the customer came into possession of the Product.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, i.e. FeelFree Kayak EU Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Żukowo at ul. Armii Krajowej 1, 83-330 Żukowo, e-mail:, of your decision to withdraw from the sales contract by way of an unequivocal statement sent to us by post or e-mail to the above mentioned addresses.

The customer may use the model withdrawal form constituting Annex 1 to the Regulations of our Online Shop. The use of the form template is not obligatory. 

In order to respect the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the customer to send information concerning the exercise of his right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

We would like to inform you that the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance does not apply to contracts specified in Article 38 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights,  among others in relation to a contract in which the subject of the service is an unprocessed item, produced to the consumer's specifications or serving to satisfy his individual needs.

Effects of withdrawal

In the course of withdrawing from this contract, we shall reimburse the customer for all payments received from him/her, including the costs of delivery of the goods (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the method of delivery chosen by the customer other than the cheapest usual method of delivery offered in our Online Shop) without delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of the decision to exercise the right of withdrawal from this contract. We will reimburse payments using the same payment methods as those used by the customer in the original transaction, unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, the customer will not incur any fees in connection with this reimbursement. 

We may withhold reimbursement of payments until we have received the Product or you have provided us with proof of return, whichever is the earlier.

Please send the Product back to FeelFree Kayak EU Sp. z o. o., ul. Armii Krajowej 1, 83-330 Żukowo, immediately, and in any case not later than 14 days from the date on which we were informed about the withdrawal from the sales contract. The deadline is met if the Product is returned before the period of 14 days has expired. Please be advised that the customer will be obliged to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.


According to Art. 556 of the Act of 23 April 1964 Civil Code, the Seller is liable to the customer if the Product sold has a physical or legal defect. The seller is released from liability under the warranty if the customer knew about the defect at the time of concluding the contract.

On the basis of Article 558 of the Civil Code, in case of selling the Product to a customer who is not a consumer, the Seller's warranty liability is excluded.

Delivery of the Product as part of the exercise of the rights resulting from the warranty for defects takes place at the expense of the Seller.

The Seller is under warranty, if the physical defect is found before the expiry of two years from the date of delivery of goods to the consumer.

The warranty does not cover defects resulting from improper use of the products.

A notification of Product defects should be sent by e-mail to  or in writing to the registered office of the Seller.

If the item sold has a defect, the customer may submit a declaration of price reduction or withdrawal from the contract, unless the Seller immediately and without undue inconvenience for the customer replaces the faulty item with an item free of defects or removes the defect. This limitation does not apply if the item has already been replaced or repaired by the Seller or the Seller has not satisfied the obligation to replace the item with a non-faulty one or remove the defect.

The customer may, instead of the removal of a defect proposed by the Seller, demand replacement of the item with a defect-free item or demand removal of the defect instead of replacement of the item, unless bringing the item into conformity with the contract in the manner chosen by the customer is impossible or would require excessive costs in comparison with the manner proposed by the Seller.

The customer may not withdraw from the contract if the defect is irrelevant.

If it is necessary for the assessment of physical defects, the Product should be delivered to the following address: FeelFree Kayak EU Sp. z o. o., ul. Armii Krajowej 1, 83-330 Żukowo.

The seller responds to the customer's notification within 14 calendar days from the date of its receipt. Failure to consider the notification within the time limit laid down shall be equivalent to its consideration.

The Seller covers the costs of removing defects or replacing the Product with a new one.
